Rules: Photos are judged on Personality, Image Quality, and Creativity by Toledo Baby®. Your $3 photo entry fee for the first child ($2 each additional child) gives you the ability to upload one photo per child for each the age category and creative category. Double entries will not be accepted and may disqualify your entry. Payment is for your photo entry. The Toledo Baby Child and Family Expo is a FREE admission event. Please follow the payment instructions once you submit your entry below. Winners will be announced at the Toledo Baby Child and Family Expo on April 25th at Westfield Franklin Park. Deadline for entries is April 24th at 5:00 pm. Entries received after 5pm will NOT be judged. Professional photographs are not allowed due to potential copyright infringements.
